Return Eligibility
- Products should be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in original, unopened, and unused condition
- The seal and package should be in good condition.
- There must be original receipt or evidence of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened and used products cannot be returned due to hygienic and safety requirements.
- Goods whose seals have been tampered with or faulty packages
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
- Bulk or wholesale orders
Refund Process
Regarding the delivery and examination of returned goods:
- A request of return will have to be made through customer service or our website.
- Ship items to the address provided (the customer bears shipping costs unless the product is defective)
- The product will be inspected within a period of 7-10 business days.
- Refunds approved will be made in 5-7 business days in the same form as the original payment.
Defective Products
In case of product defects, please contact us within seven days and provide evidence (photographs and/or video). We will change it at no cost or give a full refund even in terms of shipping.
