Order Cancellation Eligibility
Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:
- The cancellation request should be provided within 24 hours of order placement.
- Order must not have been dispatched or shipped
- Payment should not have already been processed or should be reversible.
Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders already shipped or in transit.
- Orders already delivered
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders after payment has been received
- Bulk or prescription-based orders
How to Cancel an Order
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Navigate to the My Orders section
- Select the order and click Cancel Order.
- Provide a reason for cancellation
- You will get a confirmation email in your address that you have registered with us.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- The refunds will be made back to the initial method of payment.
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- In case of wallet payments, credit will be added to your account immediately.
- Banking transactions may take more or less time depending on your bank.
Partial Cancellation
If you have ordered multiple products, we can cancel individual items if the order has not been dispatched. To receive remote assistance, one can call our customer service.
Force Majeure
We have the right to cancel orders because of situations out of our control (natural disasters, actions of the government, supply chain disruptions, etc.). Full refunds will be provided in such cases.
Subscription Cancellation
- The automatic renewable subscriptions can be cancelled at any point on the account settings.
- The cancellation becomes effective in the following billing.
- No refunds are based on already-billed amounts, unless the following billing process has not yet taken place.
